4.5 Member Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. A Member may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of their Account or any funds contained therein to any third party.
5.1 ko37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. ko37 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Member account tier, and are displayed within the Member's Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any winnings generated from deposits originating from third-party payment sources may be forfeited at ko37's discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated in the payment section of the Platform, generally within 1–24 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. ko37 does not guarantee processing times, as delays caused by the Member's financial institution or payment provider are outside ko37's control.
5.5 ko37 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before completion of required KYC verification will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.6 Ko37 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, Members should be aware that their own bank or mobile wallet provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other charges that are entirely outside ko37's control and for which ko37 accepts no responsibility.

12.2 By registering a Member Account, you consent to ko37 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including: account management, KYC and AML compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and where applicable, marketing communications.
